Customer catalogs, engineering drawings and manuals
IFCS documentation management solutions can index, structure and present all information required for a customer catalog, engineering drawings and manuals (Installation, operations, training, etc.). Managed in a relational database, all information contained in these catalogs and manuals is structured hierarchically with no redundancy. Price lists and customer's purchase orders
Directly linked to the technical documentation, components price lists are available base don customer's contracts and spare part specifications for the specific product model or modified serial number. Customers can build their purchase requests in order to repair or upgrade equipment or component and send these requests electronically to the manufacturer or to the centralized purchasing department. As manuals are always up-to-date, even for modified products, errors on ordering parts, components and tools are avoided.
Distribution and publication
IFCS solutions let you create technical publications based on information from your relational database. These publications can be easily updated by electronic link or communications network. You can also periodically distribute any informational, technical, sales or other publications to your network of contacts. Statistics on the distribution can then be calculated to measure its impact.
