The SENERGY maintenance management solution implemented by IFCS handles all types of equipment maintenance. The user generates work orders for recurrent maintenance (preventive, conditional) only once. The system will subsequently generate them automatically. On the other hand, any user with appropriate rights or access can create corrective work orders if necessary .
Navigation through maps and photos
Using SENERGY's multimedia technology and the power of ORACLE, you can navigate through maps and photos, in order to drill down within the system, starting from an overview down to the smallest recorded part. The SENERGY application also allows you to open any application available on the network from any workstation.
Unlimited hierarchies
The power of ORACLE, associated with SENERGY technology, lets you generate unlimited hierarchies (geographical departments, equipment, maintenance, parts stores, etc.). You can navigate within these hierarchies with a few mouse clicks, finding information in seconds. The application provides multiple search tools for finding any information using any criteria.
Visual identification
SENERGY provides immediate visual identification of all items recorded in the database (equipment, parts) as soon as the item's record is accessed. A direct link with a map or a photo perspective, locating the item within the whole, is thus accessible at any time.
Performance indicator
As a "critical" application designed to manage all factors related to equipment maintenance operations, SENERGY provides a dashboard of performance indicators with all quantitative and qualitative information needed for maintenance operations.
Bar codes technology
The applications developed and implemented by IFCS are open to all current technologies. The generation, scanning and interpretation of bar codes is included in the basic features of IFCS tools.
